If colposcopy findings after biopsies and ecc only show chronic endo cervicitis ( i know this means inside the canal not outside correct?) what does this mean and cause ? /treatment ? is it dangerous?

It means the inflammatory cells are associated with the cells from the cervical canal (the endocervix) and is a report specific and common to the ECC. It is a normal finding correlated a little with sexual activity, no treatment is required or indicated, and it is definitely not dangerous.
