Quite unlikely: To have both cholecystitis from gallstones and appendicitis at the same time need to see a doctor for a full medical history & physical examination. Do you have gallstones diagnosed? May need to see a surgeon if gallstones are causing discomforts. "epilim" may be valproate, and if so it can certainly affect the liver. See your doctor.
