I had dental work done about 2 month ago and when ever i eat salty or sweet foods or cold drinks i'm, my teeth gets sensitive is that normal?

Sensitive teeth: It can be many things, without seeing an x-ray and your teeth its hard to say, but... You may have recession which exposes root surface and dentin, the dental work may have openings, the bite may be off causing trauma, etc... All can cause sensitivity.

Can be...: ...Especially if the cavities were deep. Otherwise, the occlusion ("bite") could be off and in need of adjustment. Talk to your dentist to be sure.
