Incisal foramen: I can not be sure but you seem to be describing what we referr to as your incisal foramen which is a hole in the bone behind your upper 2 front teeth. Mother nature has put a extra pad of tissue over the hole to make it end up looking like a bump, which it is but not a bad bump. In your case you may have bruised, cut or who knows what, but i suggest you give it a couple weeks, before pursuing dr.

Nasopalatine cyst : This nerve canal is located here. Sometimes cysts develop in this area. It also could be just inflammation of the papilla cmon eating a hard piece of food like crusty bread, the last thing it might be is a fistula from a draining abscess. If it does not resolve see your dentist.
