Contact the patient help line listed on the back of your insurance card. they should be able to give you a list of Dentists that accept your insurance. Know that many insurance plans do not cover the entire cost of treatment.

You can't gain weight if you don't eat properly and having unhealthy dental problems is a concern. Go to clinic or hospital that has a dental department and they should take your insurance. Since you live in ATLANTA go to EMORY COLLEGE OF DENTISTRY they will help you and advise a proper diet.
