Is it generalized: You have mentioned sensitivity to hot and cold . Is it generalized or localized? Like is it only one tooth or all around .? The approach to the problem will definitely be different .. If it is generalized it could be due to bruxism/clinching.Having in mind that one if the side effects of xarleto is muscle spasms .!but if it is only one tooth it will be different approach . Please get a checkup.

Tooth sensitivity: There are many reasons for tooth sensitivity, such as caries, gum disease, simple gum recession, grinding, etc. the best approach is to get a complete dental exam to be sure
