Just to be sure: These counts are low..So they want to be sure she is making normal amount of blood cells. It is probably due to a virus infection which will resolve in a few days. I would simply repeat the count once more and see if it has returned to normal. If it goes down any further then i would be concerned and make sure she does not have any problem with blood formation.

For answers: Your child has some abnormalities in his blood work that your child's doctor can't explain. A hematologist/oncologist is a specialist in blood diseases and is better suited to identify why these abnormalities exist. I would not let it worry you; just go and see what the specialist has to say.
