Not normal: Constant nausea is not normal, and may be due to gastroparesis. This is usually diagnosed with a nuclear medicine gastric emptying study, but also needs endoscopy to check for anatomical problems. Treatment is medical, but may require operation such as gastric stimulator implantation.

Need G I Workup: Biliary dyskinesia with a low ejection fraction of gall bladder certainly can cause symptoms similar to gall stones. If your symptoms are not better after surgery you should look for problems in stomach itself like gastritis and h pylori infection that may need a course of antibiotic treatment. See your gastro-enterologist for further workup.

Poss stomach related: You had a cholecystectomy for biliary dyskinesia which is a motor function problem with the gallbladder. Many people have multiple gastrointestinal tract motor problems. With nausea as the main symptom, it could be your stomach. Would speak with your physician about possible endoscopy and gastric emptying study.
