Hida scan 81% ultrasound show normal gallblader and liver and pancreas ruq pain need removal ? why do some docs say this number is great others dont 35 to 75 is the norm correct ?

Sorry I am not certain what you or they are suggesting be removed. Ultra sound and scan test different things. Discuss with your team. Pain only is not a reason to remove liver, gallbaldder or pancreas.

You don't mention what your symptoms are. Did you have classic gall bladder symptoms? Are your liver tests ok? Your hida scan shows normal gall bladder function and I assume the gall bladder was visualized. Occasionally sludge in the gall bladder can be the problem and doesn't show up on testing. If you have classic gall bladder symptoms, consult an abdominal surgeon for an opinion.
