I have a small lump on left backside of neck. near the ear feels like a bruise but didn't hit head, and top of scalp very tiny bumps. and a stiff neck?

See your doctor: If you truly have a stiff neck--cannot touch your chin to your chest or move head from side to side, you must be seen urgently by your doctor or emergency room--if you have fever this becomes more urgent.
If you have any scalp problems this may cause tiny bumps or if you pull your hair tight as some do for braids, this may be related. See your physician.
