For a 19year female with pauci glomerulonephritis, what is more likely outcome, transplant or cytoxan+steriod treatment for few moths with poss. recov?

Would try treatment : If you don't treat and go for dialysis and transplant, you may have the disease affect other parts of the body e.g. Lungs or brain. Pauci immune gn e.g. Wegener's disease or vasculitis is a systemic illness. Need to discuss risk and benefit of treatment with your doc esp Cytoxan (cyclophosphamide) that can cause infertility.
