I'm a 67-year-old female being treated for oral thrush with 100 mg fluconazole once a day for fifteen days. i'm scheduled for si joint steroid injections next week. will one treatment prevent me from having the other?

SI joint injection with steroid may increase the risk of oral thrush but you are taking fluconazole so it should cover it. Most cases of oral thrush can be taken care with local medications so I wonder why you need this relatively long course of fluconazole. Are you immunocompromised?
