Not Unlikely: Lasik does not reverse myopia, but rather creates a compensatory corneal abnormality based on measurements at one point in time. The eyes change continuously over a lifetime, until the ninth decade or tenth decade of life. Minor touch-up refractive surgeries or reversion to eyeglasses for reading at least is common. Some university ophthalmologists make a career of fixing residual lasik problems.

Possible Ectasia: Suggest you see a lasik surgeon that can MAP both the anterior and the posterior surface of the cornea. If there is ectasia, it can rapidly get worse. Strongly suggest collagen cross linking asap, before it starts to rapidly change. If the irregular astigmatism has been present since beginning and unchanged, nothing to worry about.

Possibly : It is very improtant to find out what type of irregualr astigmatism you have. Plain old iregualr astigmatism will likely not worsen. If it is a rare pattern called keratectasia, it likely will worsen over time. A new treatment called corneal crosslinking could help.
