Probably not: Monitor the 14 yo for 24 hours. If there was no loss of consciousness and there are no symptoms of dizziness, altered mentation, unusual thinking, memory problems, then not to worry. If any such symptoms emerge, obtain MRI or ct to rule out subdural hematoma.
