Xray: She probably needs an xray to check her hip. Without seeing any xrays its hard to give advice but she may have developed post traumatic arthritis of her hip, avascular necrosis, could have hardware failure, etc. I would recommend she be seen by an orthopedic doctor with specialty in hip reconstruction.
