Diet: Eat at least 7 servings of fruits and vegetables and 80-100 grams of protein daily. Avoid processed foods and foods with high sugar or starch content (soda, juice, baked goods, potatoes, bread, pasta, rice, cereals). Exercise by walking at least 30 minutes 5 times weekly.
