Why do i wake up every morning with one sinus completely clogged and one nostril filled with dry "stuff"?

Sinus or Rhinitis: Probably have chronic sinusitis or rhinitis. Try nasal decongestants (first use nasal saline solutions and rinses) also antihistamines. Decongestants in pill form or sprays ( afrin, neosynephrine, dristan etc) only if no hx of uncontrolled HTN or coronary disease ( angina, recent heart attacks). Try nasal steroids by prescript.( or p.O. Steroids). See ENT to r/o nasal polyps and deviated septum..
