Yes: Sinusitis can cause pressure, tighness, pain & clogged nostrils. It is often difficult to clear up during winter & spring when inside air is dry & outside it is windy. You need to see your md or urgent care for meds even if you have been. Even with antibiotics, antihistamines & decongestants it can take weeks or months to fully control. Humidify the air in your bedroom & try saline nasal sprays.
