Humidify, decongest: Be sure the air is well humidified, use a decongestant spray if you wake up clogged, and sleep on your back on a pillow (and NOT the affected side!); but if this doesn't work, you should be seen for anatomical (caused by some part of the body) nasal obstruction or sleep apnea.
