Sinus allergy: As indicated earlier, you may have sinus allergies or Rhinitis, for which nasal spray like Flonase and antihistamine like Claritin or Zyrtec may be helpful. If no improvement in ~ 1 wk you should see your doctor fro evaluation. Good luck.

Nasal congestion: You may sinus mucous membrane congested causing to feel clogged up, you can try anti histamine or OTC fluticasone nasal spray or both, if not better, have yourself examined.
