Depends: If it is viral, yes. Typical cold viruses won't affect the baby although cytomegalovirus can. In the last trimester it is common for a pregnant woman to develop nasal congestion and drainage, rhinitis of pregnancy, caused by placental growth hormone. The symptoms you describe are more allergic.
