Day 1 & 2 i had a sore throat, day 3 i had a stuffy/runny nose, day 4/5 (today) developed a chest cough, i still have cough, my chest hurts. doc?

Signs that a bacterial bronchial or lung infection has developed would be fever, chill, sweats, deep cough producing discolored phlegm. Worrisome signs are chest pain on deep breath, wheezing or shortness of breath. If you note any of these symptoms, see your physician.
