Fluquadri vaccine is an inactivated, not attenuated live virus, vaccine so it less likely causes the symptoms of upper respiratory infection as your child has so a viral infection can't be ruled out. If covid-19 is still endemic in your area, an antigen test should be done. Influenza test should be done at the same time because your child is not protected from this vaccine yet.
