My symptoms include night sweats, fatigue, irritability, intermittent chest pain on the right side and slight swelling of the ankles that comes and goes. could it be anxiety?

Med eval: I would not automatically assume that this is due to anxiety. This constellation of symptoms definately warrants medical evaluation.

Anxiety? : Night sweats and fatigue are often signs of diabetes or pre diabetes and selling as well. Chest pain is a concern and suggest a consult wit pcp.
