I have had pain in the left side breast, but not sure since its a deep intense pain that comes and goes, it almost feels like arthritic type. no fever, no lump or swelling in the breast area. no injury no other symptoms except extreme tiredness?

Doctor can evaluate: New chest discomfort or pain in a woman in her 60's means that she should talk with her doctor right away or go to the ER. She should not drive herself (call for an ambulance if symptoms are more than slight). If it turns out not to be a heart attack, abnormal rhythm, heart failure, anxiety attack symptoms, a collapsed lung, or pneumonia, the ER can still offer some advice or treatment.
