Context is important: Let me say, your CD4 count (assuming this is what you meant by lymph) of 850 cells/mm3 and an undetectable viral load is phenomenal. As for your glucose level, it isn't unreasonable to recheck it in a month. It's hard to comment on it since we have no context- what are your typical glucose levels? How does 111 compare? What time did you eat something? Were you having symptoms of an infection?
