Change your habbits: You can change your habbits by being well disciplined. You should set an alarm clock and get up at a reasonable time in the morning. If you wake up early you will be tired by evening and ready to sleep earlier than your current time. If you adjust your alarm by half hour to one hour earlier daily, you can achieve your goal of going to bed earlier every day which will help you to wake up early.
