Labs came back lipase level is 59 im having some pain on my left side. i don't drink and don't have a galbladder. what could it be?

Pain: Pain in the abdomen and back can be very difficult to figure out but looking at urine, your blood work like your lipase and if needed certain x-rays or a cat scan will ultimately help sort most of these issues out. You should go see your primary doctor.
