Patience & practice: Kegel's are a great way to strengthen your pelvic muscles. At first, learn how to perform these while you are peeing. While peeing, stop your urine stream. That is a kegel! once you can feel how to do it, the recommended regiment is 200 per day, no more than 20 per hour. Within a few weeks, this will become easy and you should see the desired results. Best of luck :).

Stop The Urine flow: While sitting in the toilette voiding, try to stop the stream of urine. The same muscle and contraction is what you use in a kegel excercises. Do one hundred per day.
