Variable: There is an fda approved device called neocontrol that we've used since 1999 with varying success. It uses a magnet, however. Neocontrol does strengthen the pelvic floor, gluteal and lower abdominal muscles. It can be effective if urinary incontinence is due to poor pelvic muscle tone.
