Sample Kegel: Here is one way:contract your muscles as though you were trying to stop a bowel movement. This contracts all the pelvic muscles including bladder. Hold this to a count of 5, release for count of 5 and repeat. Do them in groups of 10; try to do 3-5 "sets" of 10 , several times a day. Stronger in 90 days.
