Inositol: Inositol will help anxiety and won't interact with ativan (lorazepam). Yes, you can take it in juice. You should probably stop the Ativan (lorazepam) if you're scared of meds. Another wonderful supplement for anxiety is an herb called holy basil. It helps balance adrenal stress so it helps anxiety naturally. Also, other b vitamins, eating regular meals that have protein in them, avoiding caffeine will all help anxiety.

Inositol: Using inositol for anxiety (including panic) requires fairly high doses -- 12-18 grams per day. You can take it in juice -- it tastes sweet. There is no interaction with ativan (lorazepam).
