Need an app for that: Changing behavior requires acknowledging there is a problem, seeking help for it, accepting the advice given, trying and agreeing with treatment recommendations, practicing the behavior, and getting positive feedback from doing it. That applies to many therapies including doing kegel exercises. It is difficult to do them 100% as directed, but reminders and rewards help build/maintain the behavior.
