Urethra muscle: Identify the muscle that controls the outflow or bladder control of urine by contracting it. A kegel exercise is where you tighten that muscle and hold it for 10 seconds. Try to do this 30-40 times a day. This will tighten the urethra so that bladder control is better such that you have less loss of urine with laughing, coughing, & sneezing if that is happening.
