Yes with Rehab: In general, healing after traumatic brain injury can occur over time and with intense physical, occupational, and speech therapy. It also depends on the nature of the injury. Which four parts of the brain were injured and how much? From the phrasing of your questions it seems that this diagnosis was made based on ct/mri scans. The extent of the findings on these scans may give more information.
