Hi, so i've got rear ended by a car 4days ago, from behind my head didn't h hit anything. i'm afraid that i injured my brain, cuz now i get this small headache on the right side. it comes sometimes but not all the time. my head just jolted backwards?

You are describing a "whiplash" event, not a head injury, and the likelihood of damage to your brain is nil. The headache may be secondary to tension cephalgia radiating from the neck, or even a right sided occipital neuralgia. If worsening or persistent, recommend seeing your regular doctor.
