No: What you described does not increase your risk of cancer or any other disease over your baseline risk. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!

You'll be fine: Your age 18 event could have been bad, but appears you "didn't get hurt". Not clear what problem prompted your question. But trauma does NOT cause cancer or ALS or "brain disease"(in absence of repetitive brain injuries). You should do well and especially if you take Dr Singh's advice.

Car Accident: You have received some excellent advice already. I'd only add that the emotional trauma from the past may be triggering these fears. If you have significant anxiety consider seeing a mental health professional such as a clinical psychologist for some support. Peace and good health.
