A member asked:

Hi, based on mri of brain and findings of white matters i was diagnosed with ppms, no treatment plan at this time. is this normal? thanks also is it possible to have lesion on spine and other parts of your body which mri won't be able to detect? thx?

Since both Ocrevus and/ or Kesimpta could benefit a person with PPMS, strongly urge a second opinion. Why is there an issue with an "MRI won't be able to detect"? This is the "gold standard", but the 3 Tesla does a better job at detecting more lesions, as contrasted by the 1.5 T.
