?Stress/anxiety?: You don't say how old your daughter is, but abdominal pain without an obvious physical reason can often reflect mental anguish. One of our mechanisms for dealing with anxiety is to convert it to physical symptoms. It might be helpful to have her see a child psychologist and talk this out. Good luck and hope she is better soon.
