The past 2 days my almost 3 yr old daughter complained twice both days about stomach ache or pain which lasts no more than 1 min. what can it be?

Vague/nonspecific: The kind of abdominal pain you are describing in a 3 yr old does not sound significant. Pain lasting 1 min once or twice daily over 1-2 days may be from constipation or a virus. Observe the pattern of pain, make sure she is having regular BMs and take her in to see her pediatrician if she persists to complain.
