Very good: Facial massage should be light, up-lifting, using tapping, stroking, and light pressure techniques. It does not produce wrinkles. Sun exposure, smoking and dehydration or poor nutrition contribute to wrinkles and ageing appearance to skin. Use creams to reduce drag on the skin during massage.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
