Ignoring humidity levels and air temperature, can a standard electric fan (without a dehumidifier) blowing on your face overnight cause wrinkles/ skin ageing and hair dryness/ hair loss?

Not likely. I have never seen or read about a discussion of this and can think of no good way this might happen. But discuss with UK dermatologist. They will know more about this in women like you who live where you live. Take advantage of their knowledge and experience. Worst thing you can do for wrinkles is to smoke and work in the sun.

No. Stay hydrated, Fan will work better if you are hydrated as that will promote sweating or movement of water through the skin. In general should drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
