Follow your doctor : It is heard to read ultrasound unless you have had some training . It is more likely that doctor is right . However you can seek a second opinion.

Correlate all result: Physicians usually correlate the biopsy results from pathology with the radiologist opinion of the ultrasound/mammogram results and their physical exam of the mass. If any one of the three opinions disagree, then an excisional biopsy may be recommended to be sure what the lesion is. We call it "the triple test".
