How accurate is an ultrasound at 18 weeks 5 days in determining gender? we had 2 different techs; one told us girl and the other said it was a boy.

Can be difficult: I would not pick out gender specific clothes or decorations for the nursery. Sometimes it is very easy to see the "important bits", and other times, usually related to the position of the fetus, it can be very hard.
