Maybe: The uterus can be described as anteverted (top of uterus pointing toward your front), retroverted (top pointing toward back), or mid position. It is possible for it to change its predominant direction after a pregnancy. Introverted is a term better left to describing a personality type so maybe you misunderstood what the told you about your uterine position.

A typo?: A uterus may be anteverted or retroverted. It would not be introverted.
