My wife had a scan to find out baby gender at maybe 14.6 weeks ultrasound wasnt advanced technology doctor told us its a girl i wanted to ask this result is final ? if not when can i know for sure ? thanks?

It is probably easier to say a boy than a girl when the US can pinpoint the penis. With less advanced US machine along with the fetus's position, the genital organ may be obscured so the fetal gender may be not 100% accurate at 15 weeks. You should patiently wait until 20th week when the accuracy can reach 100%.
