Yes if : There is nothing wrong with you or the baby, if there is anything wrong then u get delivered or if your water has broke then you would get delivered, if u think u are in labor please call your OB now ! lungs are not mature until 37 weeks and baby needs to grow more at 35 weeks.

No.: If your dates are correct, there is no indication for tocolysis after 34 weeks.
