29 yr old 35 wks pregnant at 30 wks amniotic fluid was 18 at 35 wks amniotic fluid is 3 doctor said they may deliver early but is waiting for ultrasound on 1/29 didnt recommend anything to help should i wait for ultrasound or go to labor and delivery?

Basics: At 35 wks your infant has a 50% risk of needing NICU care which declines every day you remain pregnant. You should try to make it to 37 wks if possible unless told otherwise. The womb is usually a better environment for baby than the NICU. Clarify your status with the docs.
