Depends on which toe: There are many reasons for crooked toes. Perhaps the most common is "hammertoe". Hammertoes may be rigid or flexible. Each toe has its own way of hammering and may need to be addressed in a slightly different way. If the big toe is not straight, it requires considerably more intervention. See a foot & ankle specialist and look in to getting some x-rays. That's a good place to start!
