Need to get examined: I'd recommend having a proper examination, including an x-ray by a podiatrist to see the structure of your foot. Whether the condition is only soft tissue or related to your bone structure will give the doctor a better idea of what treatment would be best. If the condition is structural, surgery may be recommended.
